The small HUBER wastewater treatment plants MembraneClearBox® (for up to 8 PE and for 10-150 PE) can easily be installed in new multi-compartment tanks or retrofitted into existing tanks. The innovative plants meet the newest aspects of environmental protection and offer an excellent effluent quality (bacteria free and virtually germ-free), which meets the EC standards for bathing waters. The values even lie far below the maximum permissible standards. Optional remote control with automatic fault indication ensures carefree plant operation.

On our detailed website for Huber MembraneClearBox®
>> www.membraneclearbox.de << you will get additional information regarding our innovative and reliable technology for decentralised wastewater treatment.
The most innovative technology for biological sewage treatment is the membrane-activated sludge process which is a combination of the well-known activated sludge process with active biomass and biomass separation from clarified wastewater by means of submerged micro and ultrafiltration membranes. Originally intended for centralised plants this new techniques are becoming increasingly important also for decentralised solutions for municipal wastewater treatment. Since these systems are compact and space-saving and retain bacteria and germs, they are furthermore a main contribution to recycling of clarified water. When searching for solutions to decentralised wastewater problems HUBER focused on modern membrane technology and developed the VRMŽ and VUMŽ systems up to series production readiness. For treatment of the wastewater of larger areas HUBER developed the VacuumRotationMembrane system, for small wastewater treatment plants the VacuumUpstreamMembrane system. In both systems the membrane reliably retains all solids and bacteria and virtually all germs as the diameter of the membrane openings is 1500 times smaller than the diameter of a human hair. The treated water can therefore be reused.
For decentralised wastewater treatment HUBER has developed small highest-performance wastewater treatment plants:
