Once you’re familiar with one Huber Control Panel, you’ll easily become familiar with others as a family similarity of manufacture and layout is present. Notwithstanding, each Control Panel is designed for each specific application.
Our Control Panels are all manufactured according to the following standards:
- Form 2 control panels manufactured in stainless or mild steel
- Designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with:
- WIMES 3.04 issue 3 (standard clauses)
- LV Directive 73/23/EC
- EMC Directive 89/336/EC
- BS EN 60204-1 – Safety of Machinery – Electrical equipment of machines
- BS EN 60439-1 – Low Voltage switchgear & control gear assemblies
We will also accommodate all current Water Company specifications.
Customers benefit from our cost-effective solutions due to economies of scale. The further advantages of a ‘one-stop-shop’ eliminate the risk of having to deal with two different Companies when installing a new machine. This further removes the potential problem of third party suppliers not being fully conversant with our Control Philosophy.
We use Siemens and Allen Bradley Automation.
Our PLC software has been thoroughly developed over time on a huge number of applications, so software development costs are negated. The R&D element is no longer a cost consideration.
When commissioning new machines, the equipment will have already been fully tested by the equipment manufacturer.
